Art-ride: Visit The Marine Mammal Center Exhibit via Bicycle
Ride out into the Marin Headlands and you’ll discover The Marine Mammal Center– a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating marine life. Built on the site of an old military installation near Rodeo Beach, the center is currently enjoying its new home inside a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility, and currently engages in educating the public on marine life conservation. The Marine Mammal Center is currently hosting “Washed Ashore: Plastics, Sea Life, and Art”, an art installation that highlights the current dangers of man’s effect on the world’s oceans and beaches.
